| Usage |

1.Snap open the capsule at the blue line.

2.Place the swab inside the capsule and gently push out the activating gel.

3.Rub the gel across your teeth in a circular motion for 30 seconds

4.DO NOT rinse.

5.On a DRY toothbrush brush with the Supersmile Professional Whitening System. Use a pearl size drop of Whitening Toothpaste and Whitening Accelerator.

6.Brush in a circular motion for 2 minutes.

7.Rinse with water.
